For landlords we offer a direct breakdown line that Tenants are able to ring to get the problem fixed as quickly as possible by quoting the property cover number.
A Boiler service once every 12 months together with a landlords CP12 or homeowners Certificate is included in the price as are all parts within the cover limits, no limit on call outs.
